Strengths and limits
Strengths: predictable flat pricing; a genuinely usable free tier; permissions built for external users, not just teammates; templates get you to a working portal fast.
Limits: pricing scales with user counts, so very large public audiences get expensive; it is not a full project-management tool out of the box; highly specialized needs (for example trust accounting) may need integrations or workarounds.
